Night's Energy

Went to Frankie P's house party. A miracle considering I rarely ever go out. Danced salsa, bachata, y merengue. (Picked up some new moves too!) It was so refereshing to take a break from work, see some friendly faces, unwind, and embrace the night's energy. Especially happy because I was able to get an extra hour of sleep after heading home at 3 in the morning (only to wake up at 7am) thanks to daylight savings.

The Intangibles return to Herkimer!

13 poets. Workshop. Mock slam. Open Mic. Feature Performance. 4 Hotel Rooms. Dinner, after party buffet and open bar. For me, two glasses of chardonnay. Deep conversation about our existence as human beings and how our lives translate to the contribution of its progression. A microcosm of microcosms.

I had the opportunity to reunite with people who I love,
admire, and respect. Individuals who are honestly going to someday change the world.

Quote of the night:
"Amoebas and crunchy peanut butter, what more do you need?"
